Delivery Guide and Costs

We are using basically to deliver a standard signed for service.

Free UK Shipping and Returns

Please note that we offer free delivery for orders that contain £150 of goods to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed after midday will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday if ordered before midday or on the following Tuesday if placed after midday. Because we follow the sustainable production rules and we have no big stocks from the products sometimes you need to wait few days for your order.

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in the timescales shown in the above table. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact Us.

Track Your Order

You will receive an email and / or a text message with links that will allow you to track your parcel, change the delivery date or arrange with the courier to leave your item in a safe place if you will not be in when the courier tries to deliver to you.

International Deliveries

We ship worldwide. Please see chart for the flat shipping rate to each country. Please call us or ask us for more information for the correct shipping cost.

Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by you. Should you return any items to us, you also will be responsible for return shipping costs and any re-entry duty or customs charges incurred when the items re-enter the UK. Golden Pin Ltd does not refund sending or returning shipping costs unless the items are faulty or not as ordered but does comply with the DSR [ Distance Selling Regulations ] under EU Law.

What if I need to return an item?

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or the item is not suitable, you can return it to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch in its original, saleable condition. The return postage is your responsibility.

When trying on an item, please ensure that it is kept free of marks or scents such as from food, perfume, cosmetics, deodorant and cigarettes. We will not be able to refund any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been fully complied with. 

There is a 'cut to keep ' tab on each of our garments and if any item is returned without the tag or the tag has been cut and tied back on we will not be able to make a refund for the item. 

Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund. It may require additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card account, but this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made that purchase and if there is a problem issuing a refund to your card, we will contact you.

What happens if I return my item after the 14 days?

If an item is returned outside the 14 day policy, you will be given a voucher code for the value of the item(s) purchased. This voucher can only be redeemed against another purchase via the martabelleville website www.martabelleville.co.uk.  No returns will be accepted after 28 days. After the 14 day returns period has expired , we cannot make a refund onto your credit/debit card for the item(s) returned, nor are we able to send the item(s) back to you, so please look closely at the dispatch date before returning your order.

Sale items or products purchased under ‘Special Promotions’ that involve a reduction in price from the normal retail price must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

Please note that we only exchange items if they are faulty or the incorrect item.  If you do not wish to keep the item that has been ordered and would like to try a different size or a different item, please return the original item you purchased for a refund and then place an order for any new items.

To return an item

Please repack accurately including it with the returned item(s) within 14 days of the dispatch date. In order to process your refund as quickly as possible, it is important that you write your name and order number on the returned pack.

Please also note that returned items are your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. Goods are not insured for their value by Golden Pin Limited whilst in transit to us.

We recommend that you use a delivery service most appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning. If you wish your returned item(s) to be insured, you must arrange and pay for this yourself when sending the item(s) back via a courier service or the post office. We strongly recommend that you obtain and keep safe a proof of posting.

U.K. customers:

 

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Please also note that returned items are your responsibility. If you wish your returned items to be insured you must arrange and pay for this when sending the items back to your courier or the Post Office. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that we will process your refund within 10 working days but it may take up to 28 days for the refunds to show in your account. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team with your order number, postcode and new card details.

 

International customers:

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
